无烟煤滤料介绍

无烟煤滤料工艺：

    精制无烟煤滤料采用山西优质无烟煤为原料，经精选、破碎、和两次筛分而成。

性能：机械强度高，抗压性能好，化学性能稳定，不含有毒物质，耐磨损，在酸性、中性、碱性水中均不溶解，另外无烟煤颗粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大，有较高的含污能力，因质轻，所需反冲洗强度较低，可节省大量反冲洗水量及电能。

无烟煤滤料用途：

     实用于一般的酸、中、碱性水的净化处理，是双层、三层滤池中不可缺少的净水材料，各项技术指标均达到和超过建设部（CJ/T44-1999）标准。生括给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤科的铺装厚度为300—400mm；正常滤速10—14m／h，强制滤速14—1 8m／h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m／h，强制滤速20～25m／h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。

无烟煤滤料理化指标：

无烟煤滤料使用时，确定其厚度的几种方法：

     1.污水量的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度有着最为直接的关系，一般的情况下，污水量越大滤料层的厚度要稍微增大，如果污水量小的话，要适当的降低无烟煤滤料的厚度。

      2.如果是过滤罐的时候一定要根据过滤罐的大小来决定厚度，过滤罐的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度也有着重要的关系，过滤罐内一般的厚度为70厘米，最高的是85厘米，最低的厚度是65厘米。

      3.利用测量的数据来决定厚度，可以事先对污水的浑浊度进行测量，然后根据浑浊度来变化无烟煤滤料的厚度。

用于生括给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤料的铺装厚度为280—420mm；正常滤速10—14m/h，强制滤速14—1 8m/h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m/h，强制滤速20～25m/h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。

常用于各种介质过滤器，碳钢介质过滤器，三层快速过滤系统滤池。

包装及储运

     用耐用织物袋包装，净重30kg。运输储存期间防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物．不宜与承托料及其他滤料一起运输堆放。
