1558 black Electrical Tape is a black acetate cloth tape coated with an electrical
flame-retardant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The acetate cloth is very conformable and
easy to handle. The tape exhibits good breaking strength and adhesion properties.
Like all 3M insulating tapes, 1558 black tape is available in standard size and custom widths.

This product is especially suitable for applications such as wire harness wrapping and fastening,
projection TV screen holding where flame retardancy is necessary.
