建星牌三足离心机的工作原理:

脱水机以离心运动为其工作原理,即由电动机带动内胆作高速转动,被脱物中的水份在高速旋转下离心运动,水从内胆壳的四周眼中飞溅出内胆,达到脱水的目的.

建星牌三足离心机的结构：

1、本脱水机为三足悬摆式结构，三足装有弹簧，可避免因转鼓内载重不平衡而在运转时产生地脚振动。

2、外壳和内胆系优质不锈钢板所制，底盘材料为铸铁，出水管在底盘下方,底脚座及柱脚材料均为铸铁.

3、其主轴采用优质钢材所制,装有两只轴承,下端用推力球轴承支持,以减少磨损,节省动力.

4、转鼓采用不锈钢板钮孔制成,笼底座为铸铁件,并衬有不锈钢底罩.转鼓装有主轴上端的锥面上,以保证运转平稳.

本脱水机采用了独立的电动机通过三角胶带传动,装有离心式起步法兰,可使机器缓步起动,其制动效能高,能使转鼓迅速停转,可转免主轴因制动而受扭力.

建星牌三足离心机的操作方法:

1:将需脱水之物品均匀平整地装入鼓内,注意平衡,切勿超载.

2:工作时,开动机电,约经90秒钟,机器达到正常转速,出水管开始出水.

3:电机开机8至10分钟,水管无水外流,即可切断电源.

4:刹车:正常情况下断电1-2分钟,分几次慢慢制动开合臂刹车,机器停转.

三足离心机注意事项:

1:操作者必须熟悉机器的机构\性能和操作方法.

2:开车前先转运刹数转,检查转鼓运转情况.

3:加料应均匀分布,以免偏重过大造成机器振动过大。

4:正常运转时,切勿制动开合臂,以免损坏兰令带及其它零件.

5:顶盖上切勿放置任何物品,以免开车后发生意外事故.

6:运转时一旦发生异常现象,应立即切断电源,刹车停机检查.

7:机器必须定期检修,加注润滑油,每半年至少检修一次.

8:机器运转必须按红箭头所示顺时针方向旋转.

三足离心机的安装:

1\机器必须安装在紧固的地基上,并用3根地脚螺栓固定牢固.

2\地基必须用水平仪校正水平.

The dewatering machine adopts the independent motor through a triangle belt transmission, equipped with the centrifugal start flange, can make the machine slowly starting, the braking efficiency is high, can make the drum stops, quickly convertible from the spindle for braking torque.

1: the dewatering, the items of uniform neatly into drum, pay attention to the balance, please do not overload.
