Function

The components are fed and metered directly from
the drums. The gear pumps are mounted directly
onto the follower plates. Each gear pump is
inpidually controlled and protected against
over pressure.
The TOOLING-MIX is controlled by a metering

computer.

Both components are then kept separate until
they enter the static mixer where they are mixed
homogenously.
After use, the static mixer is normally purged with
a single component.
