3、独有模头死角位置向内不停机排放原料结构，使生产不同颜色的软管换色的时间大大缩短。
4、用特殊材料加工的塑料定型结构，使用常温水就可以达到使用冰水的效果，从而节约了电能。
5、自然沐浴的定型结构，可彻底释放软管的内应力，保证了大直径软管的尾部不会内陷，保持完美的圆形外观，从而使软管在下个工序插入钢棒中成功率大大提高，减少了报废。
6、采用日本安川中惯量伺服电机，配以精密的丝杆驱动，组成精准的伺服切断系统。
7、双层挤出机采用整体机架，排除了安装两支螺杆到同一个模具的困难，并为将来搬迁等提供了方便，更节省了车间位置。
8、定型、牵引、切断三部分为整体不锈钢机架，既保证了整体的紧凑，又使这部分经常与水接触而不生锈。

B•JG Single/double layer(s) extruder
Main use:
It is used for extruding tube body.
Features:
1. Simple & useful structure, easy operation, it only takes 5 minutes to change product size.(excluding the time of changing output mouth of the mould)
2. Special-made variation-ratio gearbox (1:16.5), with 1:3 motor pulley structure, to achieve 1:49.5 variation ratio, less malfunction than using motor gear reducer.
3. Unique dead corner releasing raw material without stopping the machine, this structure helps greatly to reduce different color materials changing.
4. Plasticmoulding structure made by special material, which makes water under normal temperature works like ice water, so as to save power.
5. Nature-shower shaping structure can release the tube internal stress thoroughly, so that the tail of large-dimension tube won't cave in, tube body will keep a perfect round looking, it will do good for the next process of inserting into steel stick and reduce wastage.
6. Use Japanese YASKAWA inertia servo motor with precise screw driver to compose an urate servo cutting system.
7. Doule layers extruder use an integrated frame structure, which es the difficulty of 2 screws meeting same mould, it brings convenience to future moving, and saves workshop space.
