1.简介
B.ZSN-II塑料注射成型机是我公司在第二代塑料注射成型机的基础上吸收国内外先进技术,设计、研制成功的。B.ZSN-II塑料注射成型机及模具采用双模式交替成型,工作效率更高;B.ZSN-II塑料注射成型机在工人操作合模时,需要两只手同时各按下两只合模按钮,避免手伸进快速合模的模具中间,起到更安全保护作用。
采用螺杆预塑、定量、限位加料,全液压快慢速合模。总压阀采用双比例式,应力分配均匀,低压保护精确,全行程流畅优异。多段温度控制、多段射出压力、射速、背压无极调整;有座进座退功能,方便调模和清洗料管;锁模力大,模具移动平稳,电气联锁,注头光滑美观,安全可靠;具有占地面积小;主要部件全封闭式;模具拆装方便等优点。
注肩模具:管子的直径Φ12.7mm—Φ60 mm;形状有椭圆形、圆形,也可根据客户要求另行设计制造;螺纹形状也可根据客户要求设计制造。

1:购机时不赠送备品,只提供常用工具及模具压板;

3:需自备46#抗磨液压油;

5:模具如需加热或冷却须另购模温机或冰水机;

1.Brief Introduction
B.ZSN-II Plastic injection & forming machine is developed based on our second generation injection machine and advanced foreign technologies. Its double-mould alternative forming way gives it high work efficiency when the worker operate the machine, it need two hands press the joint mold at the same time. Avoiding the hands touch the middle of the mold. Secuing the safty of the people.
This machine ,safe and reliable has the advantages of premolding on screw, material-input in a fixed quantity at a specific postion.the chief valve adopt doublt proportion, stress match with equalyt,precision in low pression.The whole process is fluency and excellent.control temperature and jet pression in different sectors. Firing rate and stepless adjustment. With the function of in or out which it will more convinient of adjust the mold and cleanning the pipe.large mould-lock power ,smooth mould moviing ,electric and pneumatic interlocking .small taken installation space,convenient assembing and disassembling of the moulds..
Shouldder-injection mould : the diameter of tube is 12.7mm-60mm.with ellipse and round shape ,we can manufacture it ording ot the customer’s needs and also can make screw shape.

4. Features
1)Four-column vertical compression mold-locked, vertical injection, Chinese/English controller,screen display, dualratio pressure, oil flow control, optimized mechanical structure, fluent operation and fast speed.
2) Sliding, floor use nodular cast iron.
Then connect point use steel isolation and have lubricate hole.
So great reduce the abrasion of slide plate and small transmutation, to prolong the using time and increase precision.
3)Ejector can match different slide plate to use and can free adjust stroke , stripping force , ejector operate speed and stripping times can preset ording to demands.
4)Single slide plate use the before and after(or left and right) reciprocating slide plate, insert device and fetch device operate outside, high safety.
5)Double slide plate use double mold to slide left and right alternatively, one mold molding, one mold operating outside , high operation and increase 30-50% work efficiency.
6)Diversity oil system design
(semi-closed, closed, servo or high speed injection) to meet customers demands. Expandable programming, connect with automatic embedded and fetch device, reach to fully automatic.
