Application : This machine is designed for the metal spraying for the metallization film capacitors, spraying Zinc or spraying Zinc Tin alloy. Spraying gun moves linearly with shift speed (controlled by servo motor), Master wheel rotates with shift speed too (controlled by servo motor), which in order to keep same spraying thickness from inner to outer. The using efficiency is 10% higher than other spraying machines. It's better to use our FM800 masking machine together for much improvement of production efficiency and metal wire using efficiency.
