国药广州物流中心冷库（一期）

国药控股广州物流中心一期冷库工程是国药集团在广州天河区筹建的组合式室内药品冷库，该工程于2008年11月份开工，2009年1月份一次性验收合格交付甲方使用。
NationalMedicine Holding Guangzhou Logistic Center1stphase cold storage project is the Nation Medicine Group built combined indoor medicine cold storage in Guangzhou Tianhe area. This project started in Nov.2008, and completed in Jan.2009, disposable inspection qualified and get into use.
该工程包括冷藏库和冷冻库共三个库。其中1#库为冷冻库，库内容积约为100立方，温度为20℃以下，； 2#、3#库均为冷藏库，库内容积分别约为900立方和850立方，无论外界气象环境如何变化，库内的干球温度始终能维持在3-7℃。
This project totally three storages includes cold storage and freezing storage . 1# is the freezing storage, its capacity is 100cube, temperature is under 20℃. Both 2# and 3# are cold storage, their capacity are 900cube, and 850cube. Whatever outside meteorological environment, the indoor dry-bulb temperature should be kept within 3-7℃.
该工程采用的机组全部由我公司根据实际需求非标组装，其压缩机头采用美国谷轮（沈阳组装），机组性能稳定，机组相互备用提高了冷库运行的稳定性。电控方面采用PLC和触摸屏编程控制，其控制方案根据系统的运行特点和业主的具体需求来执行，两楼层冷库控制柜内触摸屏与控制室内触摸屏联机。控制系统采用UPS备用电源，当市电停电后，自动切换由UPS供电控制系统，确保温度记录、报警系统正常工作，市电正常后自动切换回市电供电控制系统。本冷库的自动报警系统，采用GSM短信报警装置，故障、报警发生时装置可自动发信息到设定手机。
The units for this project are all non-standard installed by our company according to the request, its compressor nose is used USA Compland scroll(shengyang assembled). Stable performance of unit, units backup for each units increase the operating stability. For the electronic control adopts PLC and touch screen program control, its control project operate according to system’s running features and customer’s detailed requirement. Two floors the touch screen in the cold storage cabinet and in control room are online. Control system use the UPS emergency power supply , it can automatically switch UPS power supply control system when the electric supply is power cut. Ensure the temperature record and alarm system is in normal working status. Also it can automatically switch to electric supply control system when the electric supply is in normal use. The automatic alarm system use the GSM short message to send alarm, it can send alarm message instant when the fault or alarm occurred.

该项目位于广州市天河区高唐工业园高普路91号国药广州物流中心二楼。为室内组合式药品冷藏库，容积约为1540 m3。温度要求：干球温度2-8℃以内，且同一时刻库内各点温差不超2℃。
This project is located in the2F,No.191 Gaopu road, National Medicine Guangzhou Logistic center, Gaotang industrial par, Tianhe area, Guangzhou. It is the indoor combined medicine cold storage, capacity is 1540 m3, temperature request is that the dry-bulb temperature should be within 2-8℃, andthe rolls each point temperature difference and the same time not more than 2℃.
在该项目中所采用的风冷式制冷机组、冷风机、电控柜等均为我司自行研发设计和组装的“顺冷牌”产品。其主要元部件采用国际知名品牌：压缩机头（美国谷轮，沈阳组装）、膨胀阀（丹佛斯）、断路器（施耐德）、PLC及触摸屏（台达）等。
The air refrigeration unit, air cooler, electron control cabinet for this project are all design and research of our “SKEE”brand products. And the main parts are international famous brand, such as the compressor nose(USA Copeland scroll Shenyang assembled), expansion valve(Danfoss), disconnector(Schneider), PLC and touch screen(Delta) and so on.
在库内顶部安装扰流风扇以增强库内空气流动，使气流组织更为合理，提高温度分布的均匀性。冷库地面采用现场发泡保温和钢筋混泥土承重层构成，可以承受叉车在库内运行。
Installed the disturbed flow fanin the top of therolls, to increase air flow Chambers, make more reasonable airflow organization, improve the uniformity of temperature distribution.Cold storage ground using foamed insulation and reinforced concrete bearing layers, can withstand the rolls the forklift operation.
电控系统：采用PLC和触摸屏控制，PLC模块实时采集库内温湿度值，自动调控制冷机组的运行，系统每分钟一次记录各温湿度数据且存于CF卡作为档案保存；同时还具有远程监控、GSM短信报警、声光报警等功能；安装无线门磁报警系统，人员非法入侵可通过装在库体外墙与值班室的声光报警铃报警；控制系统配备UPS备用电源。
Electrical control system: adopting PLC and touch screen control, PLC modules, real-time acquisition of the rolls, temperature and humidity values automatically control the operation of the refrigeration unit, the system once per minute and record the temperature and humidity data in CF card as the archives preservation; At the same time also has the remote monitoring, GSM SMS alarm, sound and light alarm, and other functions; Install wireless magnetic door alarm system, personnel illegal invasion can be installed in the library in vitro wall with acousto-optic alarm and report to the police station; Control system is equipped with a UPS backup power.
