本工程是广东天普生化医药公司在厂区建造的组合式药材药品冷库，包括一个冷冻库容积约270m³，温度控制范围-20℃以下，冷库高5.5m分上下两层；冷藏库容积约90m³，温度控制范围：2-8℃。
The project is build by Guangdong Temple Bio-Pharma Company, which is used for combined cold medicine drugs. Including a freezer capacity around 270m ³, and the temperature controlled below -20℃，5.5M high pided into two storey, capacity of cold storage around 90m ³,with temperature is controlled between 2-8℃
采用直接蒸发式制冷系统，制冷机组由我司设计组装“顺冷牌”，采用谷轮半封闭压缩机头，控制系统采用PLC加触摸屏，电控柜带指示面板，可显示各设备的运行状态。
Refrigeration unit assembly designed by our company “SKEE” Brand, With direct evaporative cooling system, use Copeland semi-hermetic compressors, PLC and touch screen control system, cabinet with the indicator panel can display the running status of devices.

该项目是继天普一期冷库安装调试和验收交付使用以后，甲方交由我司完成的另一项冷库工程，也是对我司一期冷库工程质量的肯定，此冷库药品冷藏库其容积约为90立方。该工程于2009年7月底开工，2009年8月初一次性验收合格交付甲方使用。
The project is the second cold storage installation after first’s delivery and acceptance, it is another cold storage the customer nominated our company to complete, it is also means the recognition of our quality of project. Volume of This cold medicines storage is about 90 cube. The project was started at the end of July 2009, would compete it at the beginning of August 2009 for one time acceptance.
控制系统采用PLC加触摸屏的形式，并且接监控电脑时事的采集冷库运行的相关资讯，在此工程中我司首次采用扰流风扇安装于库内吊顶的方式，加快了库内气体的流动，使库内的气流组织更为合理，从而加强了库内温度分布的均匀性。
Control system use the PLC and touch screen, and then monitor the computer running the affairs of the collection of information about cold storage. Meanwhile, the way which spoiler ceiling fan installed in the storage was used for this project firstly. It Speed �1�76�1�77�1�76�1�77up the gas flow of the storage, makes the airflow more reasonable, Thus enhancing the uniformity of temperature distribution in the storage.

该冷库为双温冷库,温度控制范围：-15℃以下和2-8℃两种工况，容积约25m³，采用外彩钢板，内304不锈钢的组合式冷库板围闭而成。
在机组方面采用两种类型机组分别对应不同工况运行，在主投入机组故障时另一类型机组也可作为备用机组自动投入运行。
It is two-temperature cold storage, temperature controlled under two conditions: -15℃ and 2-8℃ ,The capacity if about 25 m³, which is enclosed from external with color plate, and 304 stainless steel plate for internal. In the unit there are two types of units corresponding to different operating conditions. In case if any unexpected situation another one could backup for normal operation automatically.
