GPO-3绝缘板电绝缘性
所有电绝缘层压制品是天生的优质绝缘体。在此按照等级特征,利用其最佳化的特殊性能,在工程技术领域被广泛的应用于电气方面。
GPO-3绝缘板阻燃性能
Grades 1580和UTR是UL-rated V-0。Grade UTR不含卤素,系统在着火时发烟及毒烟都非常少。
机械强度
高强度玻璃纤维增强聚酯层压材料不会粉碎。因其隔离属性,刚性层压材料提供了结构支持。易曲的层压材料可利用于最小弯曲直径为19mm的应用。
耐热性能
Durostone® Glastic® 层压材料在升温过程中提供了卓越的保护特性和空间稳定性。这些层压材料在120-210℃电子和130-210℃机械范围内有着UL温度额定指标。
GPO-3绝缘板应用
在断路器中应用: 框架式断路器:安全挡板、安全遮板、间隔衬垫、相间隔板等。
塑壳式断路器中的应用:相间隔板、灭弧室隔弧板等。
在电机马达中应用: 电机电枢部件,活动盖板,槽楔定子、定垫片,薄垫片,碳刷座等
在开关设备中应用:隔板系统中的前端、后端、上端、底端、相间隔板等 其他应用:耐弧结构件
