SMC绝缘板是由不饱和聚酯玻璃纤维增强片状模塑料经模压成型的各种颜色的板状制品。是Sheet molding compound的缩写,即片状模塑料。主要原料由GF(专用纱)、UP(不饱和树脂)、低收缩添加剂,MD(填料)及各种助剂组成。
在电气工业与通讯工程中的应用
SMC制品在电气工业与通讯工程中的应用主要包括如下几个部分。
1、 电器罩壳:包括电器开关盒、SMC电器配线盒、仪表盘罩等;
2、 电器原件与电部件:如SMC绝缘子、绝缘工具、电机端盖等;
SMC复合材料在防爆电器设备外壳类制品上应用改变了原防爆电器设备外壳类制品以钢材与铝材为主局面,SMC材料的应用克服了防爆电器设备钢壳与铝壳笨重,碰撞时易产生火花缺点。我国SMC材料在防爆电器应用处于起步阶段,防爆电器设备壳体还是以金属壳体为主。SMC材料具有优越耐腐蚀性能,质轻及工程设计容易、灵活等优点,其机械性能可以与部分金属材料相媲美,利用复合材料性能可设计性通过调整配方使SMC复合材料具有防静电、阻燃、热稳定性好、强度高、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、生产效率高等一系列优点,这些性能优点使得SMC复合材料适合在防爆电器设备外壳类制品上应用。
