一、 简介
此试验机用于螺纹紧固件测试分析研究。国内首家自主研发,软件和测控系统完全自主知识产权,打破依赖国外进口设备的局面,其符合标准参考:ISO16047,GB/T 3098.9-2002、C10 0054求取:轴力(夹紧力)、总扭矩、螺纹扭矩、支撑面扭矩、总摩擦系数、支撑面摩擦系数、螺纹摩擦系数、K系数的测试试验。
二、 机械系统由工作平台,松下伺服电机及减速机,高精度动态扭矩传感器,静态扭矩传感器,负荷传感器,夹具,导轨组成。加载机构由伺服电机带动减速机对试样进行施加扭矩,通过传感器测量试样的扭矩值和加紧载荷,同时扭转角度由光电编码器检测,检测到的信号传递给测量控制系统,完成对试样扭转指标的测量及曲线的绘制。
