目前传统隔膜均采用聚烯烃材料制成,在温度超过150℃时热稳定性较差,而电池对高温稳定性及安全性的要求越来越高,为有效改善现有隔膜热稳定性的问题,提高电池的耐高温性能及安全性能,我公司潜心研制成功耐高温陶瓷隔膜,这种隔膜是以聚烯烃隔膜为基体,经过特殊工艺处理在隔膜表面涂覆厚度均匀的纳米级Al2O3,经过处理后的隔膜不但安全性大大改善,电池的综合性能也有很大的提高。目前我司的耐高温陶瓷隔膜已广泛用于动力电池市场。
The traditional separator is made of polyolefin
material and the heat stability becomes bad when temperature is over 150℃. For the growing requst of battery heat stability and safety, to
effectivly improve the heat stability of separator, our company sucessfully
developped the ceramic coated separator. Put polyolefin separator as substrate,
through special process and coated with uniform thickness of nano level Al2O3 . The ceramic coated
separator not only has better safety but also remarkably improve the battery
performance. Now our ceramic coated separator has been widely applied to power
battery market.
