本机组以 LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)为主要原料，采用几种不同牌号的树脂，通过挤出机挤出而生产出具有自粘性的单面粘或双面粘拉伸缠绕膜，该膜具有较高的拉伸强度、抗穿刺能力及耐冲击性。机组螺杆采用38CRNOALA合金钢，经氮化处理和精密加工而成，硬度高，经久耐用。温控采用先进自动控制系统， T型模具采用多点调节，使膜料厚度更加均匀。冷却装置采用循环水冷却，冷却效果好。卷取装置采用PLC控制系统自动换卷式卷取，并配有切边装置及边料往返收卷机构，使卷取的薄膜更为整齐。缠绕膜具有良好的回缩记忆及自粘性，能使货物紧裹成一个整体，防止运输时闪落倒塌及灰尘污染，并且该膜还具有优良的透明度和延伸性，能使包装物品美观大方，经济实用。可广泛用于大宗货物的集装化托盘包装，是运输中用热收缩包装膜较 好的替代产品。冷却装置采用，循环水冷却，冷却效果好。卷取装置采用摩擦式卷取，并配有切边装置及边料往返收卷机构，使卷取的薄膜更为整齐。
