本系列机组主要用于生产单向拉伸聚乙烯塑料薄膜（拉伸膜、缠绕膜）以及保鲜膜，生产的薄膜可达到一边粘或俩边粘的效果，广泛应用于建筑材料、五金配件等包装。机组螺杆采用38CRNOALA合金钢，经氮化处理和精密加工而成，硬度高，经久耐用。温控采用先进自动控制系统，T型模具采用多点调节，使膜料厚度更加均匀。冷却装置采用循环水冷却，冷却效果好。卷取装置采用摩擦式卷取，并配有切边装置及边料往返收卷机构，使卷取的薄膜更为整齐。、
