1、工作原理
常温过滤式除氧属化学除氧,它采用专门生产的活性海绵铁(直接还原铁)来去除水中溶解氧,海绵铁主要成分是铁,其疏松多孔的内部结构,提供的比表面积是普通铁屑的5-10万倍,可使水中的氧与铁发生迅速彻底的氧化反应,使溶解氧稳定在0.05mg/L以下,其反应式为:

反应产物Fe(OH)2、Fe(OH)3为不易溶于水的絮状沉淀,当随着水流经其余的海绵铁颗粒时被拦截下来,只要用一定强度的反洗水流就可以冲洗干净(大约5分钟)。
海绵铁的消耗量很低,根据处理水量与水质的不同,一般3 - 6个月补充一次即可。
