结构设计方面，主导了1.25MW、1.5MW.、2.0MW风能变流器及800KUPS、500K光伏逆变器、高压变频器结构及传输机柜等的设计和生产厂家的加工指导，其中1.5MW风能变流器已在公司产品中成熟使用多时；
变压器电感设计方面，主导了高压变频器中2400KVA变压器、风能变流器电磁元件、800KUPS中电磁器件、UL33及HI-U电磁元件等的设计和生产指导；
质量管理方面，参与了华为公司的质量管理体系建设，制订了大量的产品检验标准和质量管理流程，熟练质量失效模式分析、质量控制计划、产品的型式试验、可靠性试验；
电源装配管理方面，参与了华为公司所有电源产品的生产管理，对电器产品的装配工艺、装配质量管控有独到领悟。
钣金生产管理方面，负责中山德国蒂森电梯公司电梯钣金生产10多年，对钣金加工工艺和加工质量管理积累了丰富的经验；
我司产品从原材料的采购、进货检验，到产品生产，工序控制，成品检验再到产品交付、直至售后服务都严格遵照ISO9000质量保证体系中的有关规定实施控制，设有完善的信息反馈处理系统，对产品的各项指标均按国家或行业标准严格测定．

Our headquarter is located in Xiaolan Town Zhongshan city, specialized in search & development of transformer & electrical equipment as well as manufacturing sheet metal fabrication and parts. In the design of Structure, we dominate the Wind Power Converter of 1.25MW,1.5MW,2.0MW, the Photovoltaic Inverter of 800KUPS,500KUPS, the High Voltage Transducer, the Transmission Cabinet as well as the guidance of the manufacturers’ processing. Especially, the 1.5MW Wind Power Converter is widely used in our products.
In the design of Transformer Inductance, we dominate the design and production instructions of High Voltage Transducer in 2400KVA transformer, Wind Power Converter Electromagnetic Components, 800 KUPS Electromagnetic Element, UL33 and HI-U Electromagnetic Components;
In quality management, we participated in the quality management system of Huawei, made a lot of product inspection standards and quality control process, familiar with the quality failure mode analysis, quality control plan, product type test and product reliability test;
In power assembly management, we participated in the production management on all power products in Emerson, had unique understanding on the assembly process of electrical products and assembly quality control
In Sheet metal production and management, we’d been responsible for the processing of sheet metal in Zhongshan German ThyssenKrupp Elevator Co., Ltd. for more than 10 years, have rich experience on sheet metal processing and related quality management.
We have our Sheet Metal manufacturing partner which is focused on cabinet manufacturing in Shenzhen, it is a high quality supplier of Huawei, and its business has expand to Japan, North American and European countries.
