技术指标

中山市卓精电器设备有限公司由来自深圳华为技术公司和中山德国蒂森电梯公司的资深设计以及管理人员共同组建，总部设在中山市小榄镇，是一家专门从事变压器和电器设备的研发以及五金制品和钣金加工的生产与销售的高新技术企业。我们拥有15年左右的实际设计管理经验和完整、科学的质量管理体系，其诚信、实力和产品质量也获得业界的认可。

结构设计方面，主导了1.25MW、1.5MW.、2.0MW风能变流器及800KUPS、500K光伏逆变器、高压变频器结构及传输机柜等的设计和生产厂家的加工指导，其中1.5MW风能变流器已在公司产品中成熟使用多时；

变压器电感设计方面，主导了高压变频器中2400KVA变压器、风能变流器电磁元件、800KUPS中电磁器件、UL33及HI-U电磁元件等的设计和生产指导；

质量管理方面，参与了华为公司的质量管理体系建设，制订了大量的产品检验标准和质量管理流程，熟练质量失效模式分析、质量控制计划、产品的型式试验、可靠性试验；
电源装配管理方面，参与了华为公司所有电源产品的生产管理，对电器产品的装配工艺、装配质量管控有独到领悟。

钣金生产管理方面，负责中山德国蒂森电梯公司电梯钣金生产10多年，对钣金加工工艺和加工质量管理积累了丰富的经验；

公司在深圳也有以机柜生产为主的钣金加工关联企业，该企业早已成为华为等知名企业的优质供应商，客户遍及珠三角和日、美、欧地区。
