YZ-SR系列瓜尔胶为速溶型、高粘度、高细度的淡奶油色自由流动粉末，其化学成份是半乳甘露聚糖。由100%的高纯度的瓜尔豆胚乳提炼而成。产品具有粘度释放速率快（3min释放90%以上的粘度）专门为石油、天然气、页岩气、煤层气、致密砂岩气、油砂等油气井钻探和压裂应用而开发，具有出色的速溶性和增粘效果可以极大的减少配液罐的使用数量，满足大型压裂施工现场即配即用，连续混配工厂化压裂施工要求，YZ-SR系列快速水合胶粉在水和矿物油中都有着良好的分散性。

应用：
石油及页岩气：YZ-SR快速水合胶粉广泛用于石油及页岩气开采行业,作为水基压裂液、醇基压裂液和表面活性剂压裂液的添加剂。利用液体压力在富含烃化合物的地层中压开裂缝以增加油气井的产量是行业中的常见做法。基于YZ-SR快速水合胶粉的水基压裂液产品可用于浅井和深井钻探，岩层压裂，强化采油以及帮助降低原油凝固点。这些应用利用瓜尔胶的天然特性增加粘度，减少液体流失，降低液体摩擦力并增加压裂的宽度和渗透度。

Introduction
Extracting from guar endosperm of 100% purity, YZ - SR series is light yellow, free-flowing powder which is instant with good viscosity and fineness. Its chemical composition is galactomannan. Due to its quick speed to release viscosity ( 90% of the viscosity can be released within 3 min.) , it is specifically developed for the drilling and exploiting of oil, gas, shale gas, coal-bed methane, tight sandstone gas and oil sand, which has excellent instant and viscous effect. Thus the number of tanks can be greatly reduced, satisfying the ready-to-use and continuous mixing need required by large fracturing construction site. YZ - SR instant hydration powder has good dispersion both in water and mineral oil.

Applications
For petroleum and shale gas: YZ - SR instant hydration powder is widely used in exploiting oil and shale gas as water-based fracturing fluid, alcohol-based fracturing fluid and additives for surfactant fracturing fluid . It is a common practice in this industry to fracture cracks by the fluid pressure in formation rich in hydrocarbon compounds to increase the output of oil and gas wells. Water-based fracturing fluid based on YZ - SR instant hydration powder can be used for the drilling in the shallow and deep wells, rock fracturing, intensified oil producing and reducing the solidifying point of crude oil. These applications make use of the natural features of guar gum to increase viscosity, reduce the liquid loss and friction, and increase the width and penetration of the fracturing fluid.
