Overview
The iCF 4000 is a low-profile, high-capacity solid-state flash memory solution designed to replace traditional rotating disk drives. Compliant electrically with True IDE Mode and compatible with IDE disk drives, the iCF 4000 works reliably as an embedded data storage system for industrial applications. Extremely lightweight, the iCF 4000 delivers sequential read and write rates of up to 40MB/s and 28MB/s respectively.
