The purpose of this notification is to summarize supplier requirements and considerations in order to meet WERCSmart Platform standards for the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard 2012 (OSHA HCS 2012) deadline of June 1, 2015.
本通知的目的是概述供应商的要求和注意事项，以满足美国职业安全与健康管理局（OSHA）危害通识标准（HCS）的2012 WERCSmart平台标准（OSHA HCS 2012）截止日期2015年6月1日。
NEW & EXISTING PRODUCTS新的和现有的产品
To ensure compliance for the June 1, 2015, deadline, you will be required to provide an OSHA GHS SDS with new product registrations as well as products that you will be forwarding to additional retailers. All products affected by OSHA HCS 2012 will require compliant SDS documents if they are being actively transmitted to retailers.

Products that are static, inactive or no longer being transmitted will continue to be maintained in WERCSmart, and the current MSDS document will serve as the document of record.

PESTICIDE UPDATES & UPC ADDS农药的更新& UPC添加
Pesticide updates or UPC additions on existing products will require an updated document by the deadline of Friday, May 22, 2015. When submitting for pesticide update or UPC addition, if the existing document is not compliant, your product will automatically go into recertification.
对现有产品农药更新或UPC添加将要求更新文件的后期限是星期五，2015年5月22日。当提交农药更新或UPC添加时，如果现有的文件是不符合的，你的产品将自动进入重新认证。
KITS 成套用品
All products within your kit that currently require an MSDS will now require an OSHA GHS SDS.

EXCEPTIONS免责条款
If WERCSmart currently accepts a label, Technical Data Sheet, or a document other than an MSDS/SDS for your product, no action is required on the product registration.

PRODUCTS CURRENTLY ON HOLD产品目前暂停
You should strive to finalize the hold issue as quickly as possible and take advantage of the “convert” option once the assessment is completed. This will ensure the assessments are completed and the proper document is provided, as required, by the June 1, 2015, OSHA HCS 2012 deadline. Additionally, this will ensure your product does not go back into recertification and encounter additional fees and delays.

Finalize any recertification updates immediately, including providing an OSHA GHS SDS.
