◆本机主使SUS304不锈钢制作。

The equipment all made of SUS304 stainless steel. 

◆双网带输送食品，网带速度可变频。

Use Double net belt to transport food, and the net belt could frequency conversion.  

◆自动提升系统方便工人清理机体内卫生。

Automatic lifting system can easily clean inside of the equipment by worker.

◆恒温连续生产保证了所炸食品温度和时间一致。

Steady temperature and continuous produce could ensure that all food have the same frying temperature and time.

◆本机采用油水混合的工艺，食品中的残渣可自动沉入水中,保持油面清洁。

The equipment use oil-water mixed technology to ensure food residue sink in the water that the oil could keep clean.

◆控制：整机采用模拟温控制，可设定多阶段加热机制

Control: the whole equipment use imitation of temperature controlling, and it can set many kinds of heating stage. 

◆电脑内最少可以储存30个油炸公式，整个油炸工艺流程全部由电脑PLC控制。

电脑均使用施耐德品牌，模块为西门子200系列。

The computer can store at least 30 frying formula, the whole frying technical all controlled by PLC computer. The computer use Schneider, and module is 200 series of Siemens.
