萨尔®侧进顶入式袋式过滤器 T-101/102

一种结构新颖合理、密封性好、流通能力强、操作简便等诸多优点，应用范围广泛、适应性强的多用途过滤设备。尤其是滤袋侧漏机率小，能准确地保证过滤精度，并能快捷地更换滤袋，过滤基本无物料消耗，使得操作成本降低。适用于油漆、粘胶、树脂染料、油墨和油制品、制药、乳胶、化学品等行业的液体精过滤。过滤细度靠滤袋保证，中间不需抽样复验，并可随意移动到任何生产线上进行过滤。本过滤器是一种压力式过滤装置，采用SS304全不锈钢制造，氩弧气体保护焊接生产。四副高强度碳钢镀锌或SS304不锈钢吊环螺栓锁合设计，经受10kg以上压力。侧进顶入式设计采用顶入底出方式，通过管道中的压力将过滤液体介质压入或抽入过滤器桶体，要过滤的液体介质经由不锈钢板冲孔支撑滤蓝承托的过滤袋平稳的过滤，使过滤液体产生理想的固液分离达到液体介质被过滤的效果。由于液体介质进入滤器后是从滤袋顶端流入，使得液体可均匀分布在整个滤袋的过滤表面，令整个层面中的流体分布恒定一致，紊流的负面影响小，过滤效果好。不同的过滤精度，取决于不同精度的过滤袋。配合精抛光高压喷砂处理使内、外壁更光滑,清洁更容易。

TOP-ENTER is the finest bag filter vessel available. From its high-performance design to its investment-cast components, everything about TOP-ENTER is simply the best. TOP-ENTER’s side inlet, flow through the top design results in a minimum headroom of unfiltered liquid for easy bag change out, as well as providing optimum sealing of the filter bag. Applications that require the installation of gauges, vents or pressurized air connections are easily accommodated by two 1/4" BSP threaded cover taps. TOP-ENTER’s Type 304, 316 stainless steel construction means superior corrosion resistance and consistent performance, year after year. A smooth, bead blasted finish, coupled with TOP-ENTER’s minimum weld design, makes it easy to completely clean the interior of the vessel. All TOP-ENTER vessels have a Warranty with Five Year. TOP-ENTER…for applications too demanding for ordinary bag filters.
