商用片冰机是专为用冰量较小的客户量身定做的小型系列产品（日产量0.5吨~5吨），占地面积小，现场维护简单，移动方便。制冰机部件采用SUS304不锈钢、铝合金和PE材料制造，卫生水平达到了国际HACCP 和FDA认证标准。制冰机出水干燥、纯净、无粉末，不容易产生结块，可连续数万小时高效无故障运行。

商业片冰机特别适用于商场的冰鲜展厅、蔚蓝、食品保鲜、水产品加工及屠宰业急速降温等。

工业片冰机组采用了模块化设计，现场维护简单。制冰机蒸发桶采用SUS304不锈钢或碳钢镀铬制造，客户可根据自身情况选择使用。制冰机出水干燥、纯净、无粉末、不容易产生结块。控制系统采用世界知名品牌的PLC控制，自动控制制冰机的整个制冰过程，有缺水、满冰、高低压报警、反转等保护机制，使用制冰机控制可靠、运行稳定、故障率低。片冰机组内刮式落冰系统，保证机组运行的持续性并使能量损耗降至最低。

工业片冰机在发酵降温、乳制品生产、化工染料、生物制药、科学实验、矿井降温、混凝土降温、水电站、核电站等都有着广泛的应用。

海水片冰机蒸发器采用316不锈钢为原料。经过特殊的加工工艺，蒸发桶内壁具有硬度高、传热效果好和耐腐蚀的特点，使用寿命可长达20年。

海水片冰机对蒸发桶内部结构进行了大量的优化，彻底解决了因海水冰软而难以脱落、船舶摇摆震荡、气候恶劣等制约船用片冰机的难题。

Commercial flake ice machine is small-sized products specially designed for clients who need less amount of ice. The PLC controlling system can automatically control the whole progress of producing ice with alarm of lacking water, full ice, high/low pressure, and motor reverse rotation protection so as to guarantee the machine run stably with less faults. The scratch-style ice dropping system inside machine ensures constant working with minimum power consumption. The patent processing technology allows for highly efficient heating transfer and energy saving.

Seawater flake ice machine, the evaporator of sea water flake ice is made of stainless steel 316. Evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy with inner wall reaturing high hardness, good heat conduct, and strong anti-corrosion, its lifespan is over 20 years.

The inside structure of seawater flake ice machine has been optimized a lot and solved many technical problems, namely uneasily falling of soft seawater ice, wavering of vessel, bad weather, etc. the control system is conducted by world famous PLC, automatically controlling the whole progress with alarming of lacking water, full water, high/low pressure and motor reverse rotation protection and so on, which guarantees the machine run stably with less faults.
