海水流态制冰机

海水流态制冰机专力远洋捕捞渔船设计。整机可安装在渔船上直接用海水制冰。所产的冰为特殊海水冰晶和海水的混合物，含水量在20%到50%之间可以任意调节。实际使用证明，该机有以下主要空出优点：

1.    由于完全和冰晶接触，冷却速度是传统冰块的3-4倍。

2.    由于海水冰点低，可使被冷却物长期保存在-1℃至-2℃之间。

3.    象雪花状覆盖在水产品表面的海水冰晶非常柔软，不会刺伤鱼的表面，特别适合各种软体类水产品的保鲜。

4.    流态冰可用水泵直接输送，使用方便。

5.    该制冰机可以作为高效海水冷却器使用，操作简单、方便。

Slurry ice machine is a unique chilling medium and is formed out of seawater or a mixture of fresh water and salt. The microscopic ice crystals form a suspension in seawater in any required concentration.

Slurry ice completely covers in fish, chilling the fish instantly and the greater chilling characteristics of up 3 to 4 times better than the conventional bock ice.

Chiller the catch as rapid as possible and keeping the fish at -1℃ to -2℃as long as possible.

As the ice crystals leave the fish in a soft bed, this kind of slurry ice does not damage the fish.

Can be pumped at a concentration from 20% to 50% and easy to distribute and handle which increase productively and flexibility.

The kind of machine can also be used as high efficient sea water chiller.
