双点胶系统，全球，突破性的结构设计，适合LWD全系列产品自动固晶机，减少重复投资和人力成本。提供四种晶片同时固晶，全系列LED及全彩产品，提供两种胶水转换固晶，并提供两套单独的点胶系统，使两种类型胶水轻松转换，实现一次性的多种芯片固晶，避免因多次上下料而造成产品品质不良和生产效能损耗，本机使用专用软件驱动高速精密马达带动机械臂配合精密CCD工业相机和高清晰放大镜头及自动图像识别视觉系统(PR)精确定位以拾取LED晶片(晶片一般大小：0.14～2mm)，机械臂将拾取的LED晶片准确放到通过多种精密结构配合传送来的LED支架上在200ms～300ms内完成一个固晶周期。。
