SKE高级疗法正式推出AutoFeed，一个由pH监测驱动的自动培养基交换器。这款产品的设计理念是适用于任何生物反应器或培养器。

AutoFeed可最小化人力操作，降低手工操作培养基交换引起的污染风险，进而保持培养环境的稳态。

背景

体外细胞培养的pH监测可提供细胞代谢过程的有用信息，对于确保组织工程过程的再现性和标准化起着重要作用，进而将研究级别的生产模型转化成临床应用级别的制造规模。

当培养基在周期性的批次培养中交换时，pH，代谢产物浓度和信号分子的突变会严重阻碍培养系统的恒定控制。

被检测培养基容器

pH监测培养基容器盖子有5个接口和传感器设计，有新废培养基接口，培养基循环接口，和过滤器接口。GL45接管，体积100ml。

新废培养基容器

容器盖子有多个接口，可以注入新的并排出多余的培养基。每个盖子有2个口用来采样，重装，连接过滤器或其它鲁尔接口配件。GL45接管，体积100ml。

灭菌

整个液压回路都可以高温灭菌或EtO消毒。

蠕动泵有4个辊筒机头和保护罩

位于液面下的不锈钢圈可预热注入的新培养基，可放置于瓶加热器或直接放入恒温槽中。

AutoFeed  automatic medium exchanger

AutoFeed is an automatic medium exchanger driven by pH monitoring, designed to easy fit any bioreactor or culture chamber. AutoFeed minimises labour intensive operator handling, reduces contamination risks during manual medium exchange processes and preserves the homeostasis of culture milieu.

For the successful implementation of stem cell culture in bioreactor systems several critical parameters need to be addressed. These include physicochemical variables such as pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature and biochemical input, including the levels of key nutrients and metabolites, or growth factors: Autofeed provide fresh medium through a medium recirculator  and mantain a suitable level of key nutrients in the culture. Like others SKE products, the system is highly configurable, customizable and adaptable for almost every bioreactor.
