炭催化剂是由活性炭经过改性和表面修饰制造而成的炭催化剂,活性炭本身就可以成为催化剂,并且在选择性和转化率上达到或超过负载贵金属的传统催化剂的性能,并且由于不添加贵金属使催化剂的制造成本大幅度降低,使用后的催化剂回收利用程序简化,已被多种行业广泛应用。
Carbon catalysts are produced through the surface modification of modified activated carbon. The activated carbon itself can be used as a catalyst, and its selectivity and conversion rate can reach or exceed the performance of the traditional catalysts supporting the precious metal. In addition, the production cost of catalysts is greatly reduced because the precious metal is not required, and the recovery procedure of used catalysts is simplified, so carbon catalysts have been widely used in various industries.

l Production of hydrogen peroxide with a perforated pipe covered with activated carbon as the negative electrode
l 使硫化氢转化为元素硫活性炭能吸附硫化氢并使氧化成元素硫,以除去气体中的硫化氢,是目前治理空气污染的重要工艺之一。
l Conversion of hydrogen sulfide into the elemental sulfur. Activated carbon can adsorb hydrogen sulfide and oxidize it to the elemental sulfur to remove the hydrogen sulfide in the gas. It is currently one of the important technologies to control air pollution.
