HZP01------全自动微型轴承合套装球机

主要功能：

1、 内、外套圈自动上料，8组料杆串料方式；外圈也可选择圆盘供料；

2、 内、外套圈滚道尺寸自动测量，并判断是否超差；

3、 内、外套圈各16组料库，分别储存和调用；

4、10组钢球库，选配计算后步进系统自动选择对应钢球；

5、 智能的操作系统、直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、容易；

6、7寸触摸屏，参数及状态信息同屏显示，一目了然。

1、 适用于外径ø15mm-ø26mm的轴承自动合套

装球设计，尤其尺寸在ø15mm-ø22mm之间的

轴承，更是不二选择；

2、 使用最新优化的交叉簧式测量台架，测量

更精准，合套后游隙误差更小；

3、 采用最新升级的优化算法，可使游隙公差

控制在5um内；

Automatic miniature bearing assembly machine
