结构特点：

1、 适用于外径ø22mm-ø90mm的双沟道轴承自动合套装球设计。

双滚道尺寸分别测量，超差产品在进入料库前剔除，不占用料库资源；

2、 使用最新优化的交叉簧式垂直测量台架，测量更精准；

3、 采用双滚道极差尺寸进行配套计算，对角接触类滚道特别

增加曲率误差补偿模式，游隙控制更精准；

4、 双滚道钢球分别填装，第二层滚道装球使用

专利托模技术，让填球平顺可靠；
