主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø22mm-ø90mm双沟轴承的塑料保持架自动化装配；

2、 可单机使用，也可连接在双沟道自动合套装球机后方连线生产；

3、 自动进行钢球的归中和均分，插入式钢球归中和均分方式；

4、 适用于使用双面塑料保持架的轴承组装；

4、 保持架装配前有双面钢球数量检查功能；

5、 保持架压装后有双面检查压装高度功能；

6、 智能的操作系统、触摸屏显示，直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、容易；

结构特点：

1、 钢球归中和均分在同一位置完成，保证了双列的钢球不会二次归拢；

2、 有分球针引导结构，可增加长行程分球针的钢性；分球针运用高光滑的模具材质制作，分球过程柔和，较以往手工操作更少钢球碰伤；

3、 微型探针与真空压力组合方式检查钢球数量，保证装配前钢球数量完整；使用线性传感器双面检查保持架压装深度；

4、 双面保持架均使用步进电机自动调整球兜槽位置，气压式压入塑料保持架；

5、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期连续工作的可靠稳定。

Auto double -layer ball bearing cage assembly machine

Major functions：

1、 Single use or connect using automatic production line.

2、 Applicable for auto assembly of plastic cage with an external diameter of ø12mm-ø62mm double-layer ball bearing.

3、 Auto concentration and equally distribution of steel balls;plug-in concentration and equally distribution of steel balls.

4、 Applicable for assembly with double-sided plastic cage bearing.

5、 Double-sided steel ball number inspection function are maintained before cage assembled.

6、 Double-sided press height inspection function are maintained after cage pressed.

7、 Intelligent operating system, intuitive man-machine dialogue interface，easy to operate.

Structuralfeatures：

1、Concentration and equally distribution of steel balls are finished on one position to ensure that biserial steel balls will not concentrate again.

2、There is ball needle guide structure，increasing the rigidity of ball needle with long stroke the processes of separating balls are soft，so there are less bumping of steel balls compared with former handle operating.

3、Miniature probe and vacuum pressure combination method to inspect the number of steel balls. Ensuring the number of steel before assembly complete. Using linear transducer to double check cage pressed depth。

4、Double-face cages all use stepper motor to automatically adjusts the ball pocket slot position，plugging in plastic cages with vapour-pressure method

5、All components using best qualityconfigurations to ensure long term working stability of equipments.
