HBCJ03/04------全自动中小型轴承保持架装配机

主要功能：

1、 可单机使用，也可连接合套装球机连线生产；

2、 自动进行钢球的归中和均分，插入式钢球归中和均分方式；

3、 适用于使用铆钉保持架的轴承组装；

4、 保持架装配前有钢球数量检查功能，压铆前有铆钉数量检查功能；

5、 保持架压铆后有压铆高度检查功能；

6、 智能的操作系统、直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、容易；

7、 7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息同屏显示，一目了然。

结构特点：

1、 适用于外径ø30mm-ø90mm轴承的保持架自动装配和铆压。

2、 钢球归中前运用步进系统自动调整钢球空档位置，保证归中时能一次到位；

3、 分球时完全自重控制，不强行插入分球；分球针     运用高光滑的模具材质制作，分球过程柔和，较以往手工操作更少钢球碰伤；

4、 微型探针（或真空压力）检查钢球数量，保证装    配前钢球数量完整；压铆前后分别对铆钉数量和压铆高度进行检查；

5、铆压使用气液增压气缸，压力和压铆深度可调节；

6、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期

连续工作的可靠稳定。

Structuralfeatures：

1、Applicable for riveting pressure and auto assembly of cage with an external diameter of ø30mm-ø90mm bearing.

2、Adjust steel ball neutral position with step-by-step system automatically before steel ball concentrated to ensure concentration be done for only once.

3、Ball needles are made with highly smooth mould material ,The     processes of separating balls are soft,so less bruise of steel balls compared with former manual          operating.

4、Check the number of balls before assembly. Both inspect the

number of rivets and the riveting height before and after riveting.

5、Rivet with gas-liquid boosting cylinder. pressure and riveting

depth can be adjusted.
