主要功能：

5、 保持架压铆后有压铆高度检查功能；

结构特点：

1、 适用于外径ø28mm-ø62mm轴承的保持架自动装配和铆压。

2、 使用力矩感应电机旋转方式对钢球进行归中，稳定可靠，同时减少钢球擦伤；

3、 钢球均分时轴承内外圈始终在同一平面上，避免了传统分    球结构会使滚道高度错开导致的游隙变小而不易分球。即使小游隙轴承也能轻易分球；

4、 微型探针（或真空压力）检查钢球数量，保证装配前钢球

数量完整；压铆前后分别对铆钉数量和压铆高度进行检查；

5、铆压使用气液增压气缸，压力和压铆深度可调节；

6、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期连续

工作的可靠稳定。

Structuralfeatures：

1、Applicable for riveting pressure and auto assembly of cage with an external diameter of ø28mm-ø62mm bearing.

2、Concentrate the steel balls by torque induction motor rotation            stably and reliably，steel ball abrasion can be reduced at the same time.

3、When the inner and outer rings of the bearing steel ball were always      on the same plane, to avoid the traditional ball raceway structure will make the clearance height

staggered leads to smaller and less prone to the ball hurt. Even

small clearance bearing can be easily pided ball.

4、With miniature probe(or vacuum pressure) to ensure the

number of steel balls before assembly both inspect the number

of rivets and the riveting height before and after riveting.

5、Rivet with gas-liquid boosting cylinder. pressure and

riveting depth can be adjusted.
