HBCJ01------全自动微型轴承保持架装配机

主要功能：

1、 可单机使用，也可连接合套装球机连线生产；

2、 自动进行钢球的归中和均分，易散球轴承也可装配；

3、 适用于塑料保持架组装或浪形保持架组装，操作程序可自由切换；

4、 保持架装配前有钢球数量检查功能；

5、 保持架装配后有压装检查或压铆检查功能；

6、 智能的操作系统、直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、容易；

7、 7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息同屏显示，一目了然。

结构特点：

1、 适用于外径ø12mm-ø26mm轴承的保持架自动装配和铆压。

2、 钢球归中前运用步进系统自动调整钢球空档位置，保证归中时能一次到位；

3、 钢球归中与均分在同一工位完成，轴承更少移动，即使易散球轴承也能轻易分球；

4、 可根据客户要求装配塑料保持架压装工位，实现与浪形保持架 

一台机器共用，通过程序自由切换；塑料保持架还可选择震动盘

供料，延长加料间隔时间并减少人工。

5、微型探针检查钢球数量，保证装配前钢球数量完整；

6、气压式铆压浪形保持架弯脚，力量和松紧度可控；

7、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期连续

工作的可靠稳定。

Auto miniature bearing cage assembly machine

Major functions：

7、 7 inches true color touching screen , parameters and states information display at the same time, clear at a glance.

Structuralfeatures：

1、Applicable for riveting pressure and auto assembly of cage with an external diameter of ø12mm-ø62mm bearing.

2、Before concentration of steel balls, step-by-step systems are used to automatically adjust the steel ball neutral position thus guarantee concentration  be done once.

3、Both concentration and equally distribution of steel balls are done within one

station,less movement of bearing ,convenient for easily-fall bearings to disperse balls.

4、According to the customer requests assemble plastic cage installation station

realize sharing one machine with ribbon cage switch freely by the program.

5、Miniature probes check the number of steel balls to ensure the number of

steel balls before assembly complete.

6、Rivet ribbon cage clubfoot with pressure type, strength and firmness can

be controlled.

7、All components using best qualityconfigurations to ensure

long term working stability of equipments.
