主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø15mm-ø62mm轴承的双面防尘盖压装；

2、 双面放盖、压盖，塑料密封盖与铁防尘盖2种生产模式，通过程序切换；

3、 压盖检查功能，无盖、盖高等NG品可剔除；

4、 压盖后轴承均脂功能，时间可自由设定；

5、 加工工序：第一面放盖（或压入塑盖）---铁盖压紧---压盖检查--- 翻转---第二面放盖（或可压入塑盖）---铁盖压紧---压盖检查---NG排出---均脂---合格品出料；

6、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、容易。

结构特点：

1、 可配套上料盘作为单机使用，也可连接在自动注脂机后面实现连线生产；

2、 直线滑轨送盖平台，推送防尘盖精确、平顺、不卡盖，导套与平台间隙可调，

让塑料密封盖的切出也更稳定；

3、 使用出力为1吨或3吨的气液增力气缸冲压防尘盖，双导柱式冲压结构，

压盖受力均衡，深度可调；

4、 盖高度检查采用电接触式检查法，简单可靠，

NG品自动剔除；

5、 最高加工效率能达到1.2秒左右，是业界同

类设备中最快最稳定的。

6、 所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期

Auto miniaturebearing capping machine

Major functions：

1、 Applicable for double-sided dust cap press with an external bearing diameter of ø15mm-ø62mm.

2、 Two manufacturing modes-- cover both sides, gland, plastic sealed cap and iron dust cap, switching through procedures.

3、 NG products such as gland inspection function, no cap and height of cap etc, can be removed.

5、 Manufacturing procedures: put cap on the first side(or press plastic cap)-- press iron caps tightly--gland inspection--turn over--put cap on the second side-(or press plastic cap)--press iron caps tightly--gland inspection--NG ejection--even distribution of grease--qualified products being finished

6、 Intelligent operating system,7 inches true color touching screen , parameters and states information display at the same time, clear at a glance, easy to operate.

Structuralfeatures：

1、Together with loading plates, the machine can be used separately as well as connecting at the back of automatic greasing machine to achieve attachment production. 

2、Linear slide rail cover delivery platform, accuracy and smoothness in delivering, no block in cap and adjustable in the gaps between guide mechanism and the platform. Plastic cover gaskets are also cut more smoothly.

3、1 ton or 3 tons punching strength of gas liquid cylinder dust cap, double guiding- pillar stamping structure, stress equilibrium in gland and adjustable in depth.

4、Eectrical contact method to check height of cover,

easy and reliable, eliminating NG products automatically.

5、 Miniature probes check the number of steel balls to

ensure the number of steel balls before assembly completed.
