HWZYJ02------全自动外球面轴承注脂压盖机

主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø35mm-ø62mm外球面轴承的注脂和双层双面盖的压装；

2、 步进电机找点定位注脂，精密定量阀控制注脂量；

3、 根据注脂后的旋转力矩检测注脂状态；

4、 双面放压密封盖、双面放压铁防尘盖；

5、 双面双层共4次分别检查压盖高度，根据设置的公差范围判断OK或NG；

6、 加工工序：圆盘供料（或连线）---第一面注脂---翻转---第二面注脂---旋转力矩检查---NG品排出---第一面压入内层密封盖---压盖检查---第一面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---翻转---第二面压入内密封盖---压盖检查---第二面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---NG品排出---合格品出料；

7、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、容易。

结构特点：

1、 可单机使用，也可与前工程连接后自动生产；

2、 特别针对外球面轴承内圈较高的特点而      设计的注脂对位结构，油脂准确；

3、 注脂后检测轴承旋转扭矩，间接判断注      脂是否OK；

4、 针对外球面轴承双层双面密封盖特点而

设计的分层压盖和检查方式，保证每

片盖子均准确安装到位；

5、 压盖高度检测，NG品自动剔除；

HWZYJ02 ------Auto outer spherical bearing greasing capping machine

Major functions：

1、 Applicable for double-layer double-side cap press and greasing of insert bearing with an external bearing diameter of ø35mm-ø62mm.

2、 Stepper motor accurate positioning greasing, precise quantitative valve control the volume of greasing.

3、 Check greasing status according to rotating torque after greasing.

4、 Double-sided pressed into sealed cover, double-sided pressed into the iron dust cover

5、 Manufacturing procedures: greasing on the first side -- turn over -- greasing on the second side -- rotating torque inspection -- NG ejection -- press the inner sealed the cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- press the outer sealed cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- turn over -- press the inner sealed the cover on the second side -- cover inspection --- press the outer sealed cover on the second side -- cover inspection -- NG ejection -- qualified products being finished.
