Textile Water-repellent/Oil-repellent/Stain-repellent Finishing Agent
Brief Introduction
This product is an agent that can make finished fabric water-repellent, oil-repellent, stain-repellent, and it will not affect the handle, air permeability, moisture permeability of fabric. The surface energy of finished fabric drops significantly, so that water and oil stains forms round droplets on the surface, in that way, common stains can be easily removed and avoided.

Product Feature
It will not affect the handle, air permeability, moisture permeability, whiteness, colored light, strength of fabric;
Excellent water-repellent effect, the contact angle is over 120°, also good antifouling effect on ink and iodide;
It is safe and eco-friendly, and no side-effect to environment and human body, meeting requirements of ecological textiles.
Application Field
It is used for natural fiber, chemical fiber, blended fabric, etc.
*Household fabric, such as towel, curtain, bedding, carpet, etc.
*Outdoor sports fabric, such as mountaineering suit, sportswear, shoe material, tent, umbrella, raincoat, etc.
Application Method
The finishing methods can be padding and dipping, recommended dosage is 2-4%, it can be diluted with water.
Padding method: padding→ drying(80-100℃, 2-3 minutes)→curing（150-170℃）;
Dipping method: dipping(soak well)→ dewatering(recycle the thrown out solution and add it to the dip tank)→curing（150-170℃）.
Package & Storage
Packing: 20 kgs/barrel.
Storage: in a cool & dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
