Brief Introduction
This product is a agent, with which textile can block and cut off UV rays by scattering and absorption, it can be applied to cotton, silk, fur, terylene and chinlon, as well as its blended fabrics, in that way, color fastness can be enhanced, and skin can be protected from UV harm.

Product Feature
Excellent anti-UV effect, UPF can reach 50+ with suitable structural textile, to make color bright, fresh and natural;
High affinity with fiber, good thermal stability;
Good washing resistance and light stability, and the effect does not decrease after washing repeatedly and strong ultraviolet irradiation;
It will not affect the handle, strength, air permeability, moisture permeability of fabric.
Application Field
It is used for clothing fabrics, such as sportswear, beachwear, swimwear, casual wear (T-shirts, shirts, caps), business wear, tent, parasol, curtain, etc.
Application Method
The finishing methods are padding, dipping and spraying, recommended dosage is 2-4%, it can be diluted with water.
Spraying method: diluting the agent with water→ spraying→ drying（100-120℃）;
Padding method: padding→ drying(100-120℃)→curing（150-160℃）;
Dipping method: dipping→ dewatering(recycle the thrown out solution and add it to the dip tank)→drying（100-120℃）;
Package & Storage
Packing: 20kgs/barrel.
Storage: in a cool & dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
