轻质砖单手锯操作说明
1、使用前注意
(1)、检查链锯是否处于良好的工作状态，若查出机器存在缺陷，则不应使用。
(2)、检查导板上的链条松紧是否合适。造成电链锯问题的一个主要原因直接
来自于链条的松紧。宽松的链条会引起过大的摩擦，造成机器的磨损或损坏。
(3)、确保要给链条很好地供油。为能使链条能顺畅的通过导板，须给链锯润滑。
(4).确保链齿要锋利。
(5)、检查电缆导线完好无损。
2.安装导板、链条和调节链条的松紧注意确保安装导板、链条前插头要拔出，在对链条进行操作时应当戴合适的手套。
(1)沿机身部位平放单手锯,进行进一步操作前确保单手锯处于一个稳定的位置。
(2)旋出锁紧旋钮，取下防护盖部件。
(3)垂直握住导板，头部朝上，将链条嵌入到导板凹槽中。确保链条能通过凹槽顺着导板两侧顺利运转。
(4)将带链条的导板放置到单手锯的减速箱盖上。链条须嵌入链轮中，确保导板
正确定位。
(5)将链条和导板固定在适当的位置后，绕链轮运转链条。确保链条刀片的方向与单手锯的旋转方向*。
(6)同时，在适当的位置握住导板，防止链条移动。再将防护盖部件安装上，安装时应调节张紧旋钮，使防护盖部件上的圆柱销能插入到导

顿上的定位孔中。旋入锁紧旋钮，不要太紧。
(7)用手调节张紧旋钮:将链条调节至你所需要的松紧时，拧紧锁紧旋钮。当你能通过双手旋转链条，且链条紧沿导板四周运转时，就意味

着链条已经正确定位了。
?注意新的链条首次使用时易于松散，在前几次使用时要求经常性调节。链条过紧会将导致链条过快的磨损。太松的链条易于从导板滑出，

会导致机器严重损坏，可能会伤到使用者

the groove of the guide plate. Make sure the chain runs smoothly along both sides of the guide plate through the GROOVES.

(4) the chain guide plate is placed on the gearbox cover of the one-handed saw. The chain must be embedded in the

sprocket to ensure that the guide plate is properly positioned. (5) after fixing the chain and the guide plate in the

proper position, the chain is run around the sprocket. Make sure the chain blade is in the same direction as the one-

handed saw. At the same time, hold the guide plate in proper position to prevent the chain from moving. Install the

protective cover parts again, adjust the tension knob when installing, so that the cylinder pin on the protective cover

parts can be inserted into the positioning hole on the guide. Turn in the lock Knob, not too tight. (7) adjust the

tension KNOB BY HAND: tighten the lock Knob as you adjust the chain to the tension you need. When you can rotate the

chain with both hands, and the chain moves tightly around the guide plate, that means the chain is in position. Note that

the new chain tends to be loose when used for the first time and requires frequent adjustment when used for previous

times. Too tight a chain will cause the chain to wear out too quickly. Too loose a chain can easily slip out of the guide

plate, causing serious damage to the machine and possibly to the user
