●外观精美，体积小巧精致，有效提高工作效率。 操作流程：● 启动电源开关，电源指示灯指示；● 合上压力手柄（调整压力适中）；● 将温控器调至所需温度，温度达到设定值时指示灯熄灭，即可以开始工作；● 将定时器调至所需时间；● 将转印帽子放在下烫板上，再放上烫画纸（请注意烫画纸的正反面），将手柄向下压直至终点；烫印时间控制时间到时，蜂鸣器响，即将手柄向上提起至原位。 注意事项：1．整机必须有合适牢靠的地线保护；2．用力请勿超过30KG，以免手柄变形； 3．叠放烫画纸时请注意烫画纸的正反画。4．在冷却状态要撕下烫画纸，请用黑板擦将烫画纸均衡擦一遍，等5-10秒，才将烫画纸撕掉；2．在有热量状态需撕下烫画纸，烫印完毕请马上将烫画纸撕去；3．烫印效果需要正确的温度、时间及压力互相配合，衣物的厚度和材料及烫画纸的种类都能影响烫画效果；4．本公司有各类烫画纸提供；在批量生产前请进行样品试烫。 维护事项：1．压力：如压力不够或太大，请先松动调压螺丝，然后转动调压螺母调节压力大小，调节完毕后上紧锁定调压螺丝；1．温度：当设备到达设定温度后发热板不发热，请检查温控器接线同时确认热电偶是否有损坏（温控器0℃时大约在15分钟到达180℃）；2．时间：设定时间到达不警报（蜂鸣器不响）或警报不断（蜂鸣器不停止），请检查机尾箱内的微动开关接触点是否距离适中，如有导常请调整到适当位置；3．当手柄下压到底时，手放开而手柄往回升，请将调整旋钮向下调整；如出现质量问题，请及时与本公司联系。 Name: Manual Heat Press MachineModel:LC-L parameter:Voltage:110v 220v 380Vpower:1800WTemperature range:0-399℃Time range:0-999secWork table size:38*38 40*60(cm)Casing size:72*44*39 75*65*42 (cm)Avoirdupois:30kg 40kgCharacteristic ;
