应用领域Application Field

本产品适用于丝网印刷，用作包覆或层间绝缘。可以与各类陶瓷基片良好匹配，与陶瓷基片上银、钯导电带和铂、钌系电阻体的匹配兼容性好。可用于厚膜混合集成电路及电阻网络，片式电阻器等，目前在业界广泛替代传统高温烧结玻璃浆。

The product is applied to screen printing, used as coated or layer insulation. it form a good match with kinds of ceramic substrate, and with silver of ceramic substrate, palladium, platinum, ruthenium. Can be used for thick-film hybrid integrated circuit, resistance network, chip resistor etc. Currently, it is widely replaced the traditional high temperature sintering glass paste in the industry.

注：粘度检测条件为Brookfield  LV 4#,12RPM ，25±0.5℃；以上指标可根据客户特殊要求定制。

建议工艺Suggest Process

搅拌：使用前低速滚磨12Hrs或搅10min以上

印刷：适用于200-300目丝网印刷

干燥：100℃ 10min

固化：150℃ 30min

清洗：建议使用丁酮、丁酯

保存：≤5℃，密封贮存3个月

包装：500g /1000g /罐

Stirring: 12 Hrs Low speed roll or 10 min manual stirring before using

Printing: 200-300 meshes screen printing

Drying: 100℃ 10 minutes.

Curing: 150℃30 minutes..

Cleaning: Butanone, butyl ester solvents.

Storage: Sealed storage 3 months under 5 ℃

Package: 500g/can or 1000g/can
