高压风机的工作原理：
当叶轮3转动时，由于离心力的作用，风向标促使气体向前向外运动，从而形成一系列螺旋状的运动。叶轮刀片之间的空气呈螺旋状加速旋转并将泵体之外的气体挤入(由吸气口1吸入)侧槽,当它进入侧通道2以后，气体被压缩，然后又回复到叶轮刀片间再次加速旋转。当空气沿着一条螺旋形轨道穿过叶轮和侧槽时，每个叶轮片增加了压缩和加速的程度,随着旋转的进行，气体的动能增加，使得沿侧通道通过的气体压力进一步增加。当空气到达侧槽与排放法兰的连接点(侧通道在出口处变窄)，气体即被挤出叶片并通过出口消声器4排出泵体。

由于高压风机的使用非常的广泛，因为它的选型也相对复杂。一般来说，需要按以下两个步骤进行：
1、需要确定现场是使用旋涡气泵的什么功能，是吸还是吹，找准高压鼓风机对应的压力-流量曲线；如果看错曲线，有时候会造成选出来的产品不能使用；2、根据计算出来的压力和流量，在曲线图上找到同时满足压力和流量对应的工作点以上的工作曲线；然后根据工作曲线选择旋涡气泵型号；只要是不同的工作现场，其对压力和流量的需求就不一样，所以，要想得到相对准确的数据，就需要进行相关的计算。这个需要由专业的设计人员进行或找专业的公司咨询。

Due to the use of high pressure
blower is very extensive , the selection is relatively complex. Generally, you
need the following two steps:
1.Need to know which function of vortex pump, suck or blow. Then
identify the corresponding pressure - flow curve of the pressure blower; If
choose the wrong curve, sometimes causing the elected product can not be used;
2.According to the calculated the pressure and flow, you can
find the curve on the graph which can meet the pressure and flow at the same
time. Then select the type of blower based on the curve.As long as the job site
is different, the demand for pressure and flow is not the same. You need need
the professional calculations for getting a relatively accurate data .
高压风机的安装注意事项
1、必需使用平垫圈和弹簧垫圈来加紧螺丝；
2、最好能使用橡胶缓冲胶来承受旋涡气泵的重量，特别是大功率的旋涡气泵，必不可少；
3、对于某些对噪音有要求的场合，可以加装消音器来降低噪音（一般情况下，大约在5dB左右），消音器安装在进风管道或出风管道的末端；
4、对于某些对噪音要求很高的场合，可以根据机器本身的条件，加上一层消音绵，即可满足现场的噪音要求，具体可咨询高压鼓风机的厂家或专业的噪音治理公司；
5、在使用消音绵消音时，注意高压风机与箱体的距离，注意高压鼓风机的通风与散热，注意使用橡胶缓冲胶来承受高压鼓风机的重量，具体需要咨询旋涡气泵的厂家。6、高压风机的进出风口管道连接，应使用软管连接，以隔离震动。

the high-pressure blower:

mufflers to reduce noise(Generally, about 5dB). The muffler is installed at the

旋涡气泵的使用注意事项
1.不管是哪个品牌的高压风机，都需要进行两个方面的保护：一是压力，二是粉尘。
2.对于压力，经常使用的是释压阀，它是一个卸荷阀，当高压风机的使用压力超过释压阀设定的压力之后，释压阀就会自动打开，把多余的压力释放掉，从而保护高压风机。3.对于粉尘，经常使用的是高瑞过滤器。它根据不同的使用现场，往往使用不同的过滤精度的过滤滤芯，不同的滤芯有不同的维护方法和使用寿命，在订货时就需要问清楚。
4. 在一些特殊的场合，还需要进行特殊的保护：比如说在密封环境中使用时，要注意通风散热；当环境温度（进气温度比较高时），更要注意通风散热，或者选择允许进风温度较高的旋涡气泵（比如有一款高瑞旋涡气泵，允许进风温度可达70度）；
5. 对于某些品牌高压风机，可能还会有自己的使用建议，在购买之前，最好进行比较详细的了解。

inlet air.

高压风机维护工作制度
1.高压风机必须专人使用，专人维修。
2.高压风机不许带病运行。
3.定期清除高压风机内部的灰尘，特别是叶轮上的灰尘、污垢等杂质，以防止锈蚀和失衡。
4.高压风机维修必须强调首先断电停车。
5.对温度计及油标的灵敏性定期检查。
6.除每次拆修后应更换润滑油外，正常情况下3-6月更换一次润滑油。
Maintenance system of high

高压风机的主要故障及原因
1.轴承箱剧烈震动
①高压风机轴与电机轴不同心，联轴器装歪
② 机壳或进风口与叶轮摩擦
③ 基础的钢度不牢固
④叶轮铆钉松动或叶轮变形
⑤叶轮轴盘与轴松动，或联轴器螺栓松动
⑥机壳与支架、轴承箱与支架、轴承箱盖于座等联接螺栓松动
⑦高压风机进出气管道安装不良
⑧转子不平衡，引风机叶片磨损
2.轴承温升过高
①轴承箱剧烈震动
②润滑油脂质量不亮、变质、含有过多灰尘、粘沙、污垢等杂质
③轴承箱盖、座连接螺栓紧力过大或过小
④轴与滚动轴承安装歪斜，前后两轴承不同心
⑤滚动轴承损坏
3.电极电流过大或温升过高
①开车时进气管道闸门或节流阀未关严
②流量超过规定值
③旋涡气泵输送气体的密度过大或有粘性物质
④电机输入电压过低或电源单相断电
⑤联轴器连接不正，皮圈过紧或间隙不匀
