土壤:土壤由黏性和石灰石组成,上层是沙土,葡萄树龄20年
葡萄收获:采用机器采摘,然后用最新的分类设备像橄榄分类一样分类,分类设备固定在采摘机上,使得智能采摘最好的葡萄果实。葡萄汁在入窖前就被分好,一边得到最佳的果汁。
酿酒:发酵期在21-31天,整个酿造和成年均在不锈钢罐内进行。
品鉴:色泽深红带粉。带有红色果实的果香充满口中,口感圆润,酒体丰满,后味绵长。室温饮用最佳,是红肉,也为和奶酪的理想配餐。

Appellation : Château Dubois Gramont
Variety : 60% Merlot 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery : This property belongs to the Latouche family for over 5 generations. Wine growers for more than a century, they have passed on their know how from father to son.
Area : The Chateau is situated in the North of the region in Laruscade.
Climate : The vineyards benefice from a micro climat thanks to their proximity to the Estuaire de la Gironde.
Ground : The soil is composed of clay, limestone and has a sandy top layer. 20 years old vines.
Grape harvest : Machine harvested, the grapes are then sorted by the latest top of the range sorting equipment using the same process as olive sorting. The new equipment fixed onto the harvest machine allows to only pick the best grapes and obtain the best fruit. The juices are separated straight away at the entrance of the cellar to obtain the best concentration.
Wine making : The fermentation takes between 21 to 31 days. The whole vinification process and ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting : The wine has nice dark red colour with hints of purple. Nice aromas of red fruits which develops in the mouth. Round and structure with a lingering finish. Enjoy at room temperature with red meats, game, cheeses.
