四辊卷板机4-Roller Rolling Machine
性能与特点：
该机结构形成四辊式，上辊为主传动，通过减速机的输出齿轮与上齿轮啮合，为卷制板材提供扭矩；下辊作垂直升降运动；下辊作垂直升降运动，通过液压缸内的液压油作用于活塞而获得，以便夹紧板材，为液压传动；在下辊的两侧没有侧辊并沿着机架导轨作倾运动，通过丝杆螺母蜗轮杆或液压传动；该机优点是板材端部预弯及卷圈可以在同一台设备上进行。
Main characteristic:
The machine adopts the four-roller structure with the upper roller as the main drive ,providing the plates bending with torque through the engagement between the gear of the moder and the gear of upper roller.The lower roller makes verital movements and imposes a force on the piston through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder so as to clamp the plate tight.Side rollers are arranged on the two sides of the lides of the lower roller,and make inclining movement along the guide rall,and provide drive through the screw,the nut ,the worm and the lead screw .The advantage of the machine is that the preliminary bending and rolling of the top ends of the plates can be couducted on the same machine.
