船用卷板机Marine Rolling Machine

主要特点：大型超宽系列上辊万能式卷板机时目前亚洲最大的船用卷板机，具有预弯功能，上辊垂直升降、水平移动采用液压传动，水平移动采用柱赛液压缸结构，结构简单，加工、安装方便，机架与大梁、上辊装置之间采用调心装置。底盘采用铰制螺柱联接，便于加工等。简历超宽大型卷板机上辊设置压辊、大梁的数学模型，上辊预置鼓形，下辊下部设置托辊配合调节，工作辊挠度控制在1/3000*L（工作面长度）以下，提高了制品的直线度。控制部分采用HM1（人机界面）控制技术，HM1是近年发展的替代传统的控制面板和键盘的智能化操作、控制显示器。
