单丝网滤袋利用表面过滤原理,将比自身网眼大的颗粒拦截隔离,采用不变形单丝线按照特定的式样编织成网,丝线的交接点以熔接焊紧增加强度,更使过滤等级达到绝对精度,适用于油漆、墨水、树脂及涂料等行业中需要高精度的要求。SAAR可提供多样不同微米等级及材料的选择,材料全部由欧洲著名公司进口。滤袋更在底部及侧面连接的地方加上斜纹布边以防止针孔的旁漏。

SENTINEL Ring Filter Bag Seal
The Sentinel all-plastic collar is an improvement over other filter bag sealing systems. The Sentinel collar fits into the filter vessel housing in a unique manner that provides a positive, self-energized seal in the filter vessel that restricts the process fluid from bypassing the filter bag. This seal is enhanced as the pressure differential increases during operation.
SAAR’s Sentinel collar design also creates a constant, radially-directed pressure to prevent the ring from collapsing into the restrainer basket.
The elevated handles, which remain above the liquid, make bag change out fast and efficient. Contact with aggressive fluids is greatly reduced.
The patented Sentinel ring is your assurance of a bypass-free filtration system. Combined with fully welded media construction, the Sentinel ring assures that every drop of liquid is filtered with no bypass.
The Sentinel ring is available in 4" and 7" diameters.

SAAR Welded Construction Filter Bags
Now, applications requiring polypropylene or polyester felt filter bags can take advantage of all welded construction filter bags from SAAR.
In these bags, which feature super strong welded construction, the seams and ring seal of the bag fabric are welded, rather than sewn. This ensures that there can be no bypass of the process media through holes in the fabric created as a result of a sewing process.
SAAR uses a unique, patent pending manufacturing process to produce a filter bag with a consistent and durable welded seam. This process also shapes the bag to conform to the internal shape of the filter bag restrainer basket.
Another advantage afforded by this patent pending technology is precision bonded cutting of the fabric edges. Fiber migration can result from loose fiber released by ordinary fabric cutting operations.…but not with a Welded Construction Filter Bag from SAAR. The fabric for every bag is cut by a special technique that ensures smooth and BONDED fabric edges with no loose fibers or strands to contaminate the downstream flow.
SAAR follows strict engineering standards in sourcing raw materials and in the manufacturing process of all filter bags to ensure that they are 100% good quality to be meet the euramerican quality control standard.
Finally, every Welded Construction Filter Bag uses SAAR’s sentinel ring collar…which insures a perfect seal between the filter bag and the vessel for no-bypass filtration. If the filter bag is disposed of by incineration, this plastic ring will cause no problem as a metal ring might.
