性状

本品为灰白色或白色粉末，无味，无毒，比重1.13-1.19。易溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯，溶于苯，乙醇，微溶于四氯化碳，不溶于水和汽油。

Properties

Grayish-white or white powder no-taste, nontoxic. Density is 1.13--1.19. Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, alcohol, slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and gasoline.

用途

主要用作天然胶与合成胶的中速促进剂。常用作噻唑类、秋兰姆及次碘酰类促进剂的活性剂，与促进剂DM、TMTD并用时，可用于连续硫化。主要用于制造轮胎、胶板、鞋底、工业制品、硬质胶和厚壁制品。

Application

Mainly used as medium-speed accelerator in NR and SR. Used as active agent in thiazoles, Autumn Lamb, and the Iodine acyl class promoter, when used simultaneously with DM, TMTD, can be used for continuous vulcanization. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, slab rubber, soles and industrial products, hard rubber and thick wall products.

Storage

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years.
