本品为黄色粉末(颗粒)；密度1.37-1.40；无臭、无味；溶于苯、丙酮、二氯乙烷、二硫化碳、甲苯，微溶于乙醇和乙醚，不溶于汽油和水；贮存稳定。

用途

本品为不变色、不污染的超促进剂，主要用于天然橡胶和合成橡胶。活性较促进剂RTENZA TMTD低10%左右，硫化胶定伸强度也略低。硫化临界温度121℃后效性比二硫化秋兰姆和二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂都大，抗焦烧性能优良。使用本品时硫磺用量范围较大。本品可单独使用，也可与噻唑类、醛胺类、胍类等促进剂并用，是噻唑类促进剂的活性剂。在通用型（GN-A型）丁胶中有延迟硫化的效应。在胶乳中与二硫代氨基甲酸盐并用时，能减少胶料早期硫化的倾向。本品不能分解出活性硫，不能用于无硫配合。

Generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulphenamides to achieve faster cure rate Distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams, high curing activity and no discoloration. No cure activity in the absence of added elemental sulfur. An excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with Rtenza DPG and Sulfur. It's critical temperature is 121℃

贮存

应储存在阴凉干燥、通风良好的地方。包装好的产品应避免阳光直射，托与托之间不能重叠堆放，重叠堆放或温度超过35℃会导致产品非正常压缩,有效期2年

Storage

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The product with pallet should not be stacked. Stacking of palletized material or temperature of above 35οC can cause unusual compacted product. The validity is 2 years.
