性状

白色至灰白色粉末(颗粒)，相对密度为1.29。能溶于苯、丙酮、氯仿、二硫化碳，微溶于乙醇、乙醚、四氯化碳，不溶于水、汽油或稀碱。与水共热生成二甲胺和二硫化碳。对呼吸道与皮肤有刺激作用。

Properties

White or gray white powder (granular). The density is 1.29. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, CS2, partly soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, CCl4, insoluble in water, gasoline and alkali with lower concentration. Meeting hot water becomes to dimethylamine ammonium and CS2. Be sensitive to skin and pneogaster.

用途

橡胶工业中用作超硫化促进剂，常与噻唑类促进剂并用，也可与其它促进剂并用作为连续胶料的促进剂。因在100℃以上即缓缓分解出游离硫，故可做硫化剂。制品的耐老化性和耐热性极好。适用于天然胶、合成胶。主要用于制造轮胎、内胎、胶鞋、电缆等工业制品。农业上用作杀菌剂和杀虫剂，也可用作润滑油添加剂。

Application

Be used as a super vulcanization accelerator, usually used in combination with thiazole accelerator or as a vulcanization of continuously sizing material when use simultaneously with other accelerant. Ageing resistance and heat resistance is good. Apply to NR and SR. Mainly used in manufacturing tire, inner tube, rubber overshoes, cable etc.. Also be used as bactericide and pesticide in agriculture, and lubricant additive.
