性状

白色或淡黄色粉末(颗粒)。密度为1.26-1.32。溶于苯、氯仿、二硫化碳、丙醇、甲醇、乙醇，不溶于汽油、水、稀酸、稀碱。

Properties

White or yellowish powder (granule). The density is 1.26-1.32. soluble in benzene, CS2, methyl alcohol, acetone. chloroform, alcohol, insoluble in gasoline, water, acid and alkali with lower concentration.

用途

本品是天然胶、顺丁胶、异戊胶、丁苯胶与再生胶的后效性促进剂，尤其适用于含碱性较强的炭黑胶料。操作温度下安全，抗焦烧性强、硫化速度快，定伸强度高，能提高合成胶的使用比例。低毒高效，是NOBS理想的替代品，具有优异的综合性能，被称为标准促进剂。广泛用于子午线轮胎的生产。 可同醛胺、胍类、秋兰姆类促进剂并用，与防焦剂PVI并用时，构成良好的硫化体系。主要用于轮胎、胶鞋、胶管、胶带、电缆的制造生产。

Application

Provides fast cure rate and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products low poison and high efficiency. It is good back up for RTENZA NOBS. Be regarded as standard accelerator.
